The admin list of enrollments uses icons to shows the "current status" and latest "action" for each enrollment. 
The color of the icon shows the current status of that enrollment:

• ⬤  green - successful,
• ⬤ red - cancelled,
• ⬤ yellow- on waiting list

The icon itself shows the latest action:

• a checkmark - enrollment created
• a pencil - an edit was done by the user itself, the admin, or by the system (for example marking the enrollment was marked as paid)
• an X means the last action was the cancellation of that enrollment

In the enrollment page, at the end, there is a short log of actions for that enrollment.
